Sales & Business Development (m/f/d) - located in CHINA
We are an internationally oriented company with strong growth and and are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development (m/f/d) professional for our location in Jintan, China. In this strategic role, you will drive market development, identify new business opportunities, and significantly contribute to the growth and expansion of our company.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new market segments and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and networks
- Achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Conduct market, trend, and competitive analyses
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies
- Work closely with Product Management, Technical Teams, and Marketing
- Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings
- Prepare forecasts, business cases, and management reports
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, sales management, or similar
- Professional experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
- Experience in developing new markets and business models
- Strong understanding of market and technology trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Chinese, very good English skills
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to understand complex technical products quickly
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
