Office Manager (m/f/d) - located in CHINA
We are an internationally oriented company with strong growth and are looking for a dedicated Office Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Jintan, China. In this key position, you will ensure professional administrative, organizational, and commercial operations within the office while providing essential support to our Sales and Management teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the Sales Department in day-to-day operations, e.g. preparing offers and orders, documentation, customer data maintenance
- Planning and coordinating customer visits. This includes scheduling, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, preparation of presentations and documents
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating trade fairs and events
- Internal accounting / preliminary bookkeeping
- General office administration, e.g. meeting coordination, document management, filing structures, office supplies
Your Profile
You ideally bring the following qualifications:
- Commercial knowledge, e.g., through a commercial apprenticeship or business-related studies
- Professional experience in office management, inside sales, or a similar role
- Good understanding of accounting or preliminary bookkeeping
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP experience is a plus
- Speak Chinese fluently, Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and an independent, structured working approach
- High level of service and customer orientation with strong communication abilities
- Professional, reliable appearance and a proactive mindset
